how do i get a charity to donate a house to my family?

I am married with 3 kids ages 5-10-12. My middle child has been diagnosed with cancer and is in the hospital. I was wondering if there were any charitys that can get a house donated to a family, we can afford payments but by no means qualify under a standard type of financing from a bank. The only thing I would like is to give my kids a house and I have heard of people that do help people like me. Any leads?

I would say Habitat for Humanity or apply to Extreme Home Makeover on ABC… Good luck… I need one too!
